SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Shipping takes 1 to 2 days. All orders made before 12pm will be shipped or delivered same day. Orders made after 12pm will be shipped the next day. We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping address or client not answering the provided phone number. Please note that we do not offer Sunday Deliveries. Please note that we charge P40 for delivery in Gaborone. For greater Gaborone orders: Phakalane, Tlokweng, Gaborone North, Metsimotlhabe, Mmopane, Notwane, kindly select your location for shipping charge purposes. Outside Gaborone shipping cost will be different. Selecting an incorrect location may lead to order cancellation and refund respectively.

We use a third party courier services for orders outside Gaborone and a shipping fee will be added when you checkout.

NO EXPEDITED shipping.


Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final, therefore NO REFUNDS will be permitted. We have a  STRICT NO RETURN/EXCHANGE AFTER 3 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT, which means in the event that a customer receives a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to exchange the product, provided that the customer contacts us within 3 days of receiving the products and provides photographic evidence of the defect or damage.The customer must also return the products to us in their original packaging, unused. Once we receive the defective or damaged product, we will inspect it to confirm the issue.

If you return your purchase, you will have to exchange it with an item of the same value or more. Braids can only be exchanged for a different colour of the same products, provided that the preferred color of exchange is available. Please note that the cost of the returning product being couriered back to us and re delivery is at your own account.If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake, we will arrange to collect the product from you and we will deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible. Please don't remove the product from its original packaging.simply email us on info@queenhairweaves.com to notify us and we will take care of the rest.

NON RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Queen Hair Weaves has a strict NO RETURN/EXCHANGE on human hair due to hygiene ,health and safety concerns.

We  can not offer exchange on the following products. 

HUMAN HAIR;wigs, bundles, ponytails, closures.

The policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty products.

Unfortunately, we can not accept exchange on sale items.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct item and review description of the item before checking out.
